Its History
Arenal Volcano Magic Mushrooms a.k.a. Costa Rican Magic Mushrooms (Psilocybe Cubensis Costa Rica) is a strain found in the foothills surrounding the Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica. These mushrooms grow naturally in the wild and love warm, humid tropical climate and grow at 1000-1200 ft. above sea-level. These sacred mushrooms have been growing at the base of a highly active 7000-year-old volcano for many millennia and have been storied to be used by the local indigenous people since the beginning of time.
Its Species
The Arenal Volcano belongs in the Psilocybe Cubensis species of psychedelic mushroom. The main psychoactive elements in this species are psilocybin and psilocin. As a rule of thumb, Psilocybe Cubensis strains contain approximately 0.63% psilocybin and 0.60% psilocin. This means, that for every one gram of mushrooms, there will be anywhere from 5-20 milligrams of psilocybin and psilocin.

Woweeeeee, these are potent. Not to the point it's overbearing but you can have a small dose and still get the euphoric high. Even after 3grams or so you can still have a social and fun time, heightened colours and more vibrant interactions. I would love to do more of these in the future to see their full capabilities.
These were a blast! Heightened senses, warm visuals, lots of laughs! Enjoyable for social interactions with friends.
Definitely knocks you on your butt a little with laughs and decent visuals and for sure over the past few months experimenting with different strains its an enjoyable and experience while also over time have seen mental health improvements but you have to do the work outside of the trip too.
These monsters are alot of fun..I've had quite a few trips with these now and they have not disappointed.. approximately 2.5 grams was enough to pack a punch
